If at any time, for any reason, you'd like to return something purchased from Elsawool,
please send us the item(s) in original condition, along with a copy of the bill of sale for the item(s).
Provided that we receive the merchandise in original condition, with a copy of the applicable bill of sale,
we'll refund the purchase price of anything we have sold.

If you're not satisfied with something you've purchased from Elsawool,
and you'd like to return the item(s), and the merchandise is no longer in original condition,
please CONTACT US. We'll assess the situation and will do our best to make things right.
