If at any time, for any reason, you'd like to return something purchased from Elsa Wool Company,
please send us the item(s) in original condition, along with a copy of the bill of sale for the item(s).
Provided that we receive the merchandise in original condition, with a copy of the applicable bill of sale,
we'll refund the purchase price of anything we have sold.
